- Psedomonus Aeruginosa
- Yeasts
- Moulds
- Candida Albicans
- Clostridum species
In addition, the sterilizer needed to leave the talc with a maximum post-sterilization moisture content of 0.6% w/w and be designed with a filter as such to cope with the periodical spillage of talc in the chamber.
The sacks of talc needed to be be loaded onto a bespoke stackable trolley system to fit in with the current processing layout at site.
Key requirements:
- 225 ft³ capacity, double-ended steriliser
- Bespoke stackable loading system
- Special chamber filtration sections
- Stainless steel chamber
- Copper pipework
Upon completion and installation of the equipment staff on site needed to be given full training.
Solution
Upon considering the specification requirements and liaison with the PZ purchasing executive BMM Weston sumbitted a quotation for the supply, installation and commissioning of the following machine.
